About Verrado

Tree-lined streets, front porches and a real Main Street

Verrado is an 8,800-acre master-planned community at the base of the White Tank Mountains in Buckeye. It is known for tree-lined streets, front porches, and a walkable Main Street with local shops and restaurants, and it is one of the most popular communities in the West Valley. It has even drawn national attention.

Its neighborhoods range from starter homes to luxury custom lots, and more than 26 miles of hiking and biking trails wind through the community.

Verrado is open to all ages, and Victory at Verrado, its 55+ age-restricted village, sits within the same master plan, so loved ones can live just minutes apart.

Michelle Seymour

“Verrado is the community I chose for my own family when we moved here from California over 12 years ago, and I still love it. You get a real hometown feel, with front porches, a walkable Main Street and trails out your back door into the White Tank Mountains, but you are still close to I-10, Costco and all the new shopping at Verrado Way. When buyers relocating from out of state ask me where to start, Verrado is usually one of the first places I show them.”

Relocating to Arizona

Moving here from out of state?

Moving to Arizona? Verrado is about 45 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and about 29 miles west of downtown Phoenix. Many of my buyers relocate from California, the Midwest and the Pacific Northwest, and plenty close before they ever visit.

My own family relocated to Verrado from California, so I understand the move firsthand.

I will tour homes with you on live video or FaceTime, give you honest feedback on every street and floor plan, and coordinate inspections and closing while you are still at home.
