About Sterling Grove

Golf, a clubhouse and new homes behind the gates

Toll Brothers builds every home here, from condos and lock-and-leave villas to estate homes, in one- and two-story designs. The 20,000-square-foot clubhouse sits on a 10-acre amenity center. Before you buy new, read my guide to buying new construction.
