PebbleCreek is Robson Communities’ 55+ active adult community in Goodyear. It opened in 1993, Robson still builds and sells new homes here, and Robson counted more than 10,000 residents in 2023.
Life runs through two clubhouses. The Eagle’s Nest Clubhouse has a fitness center, a resort-style pool, a lap pool, a ballroom, a library and billiards. The Tuscany Falls Clubhouse adds the 332-seat Renaissance Theater, and the Tuscany Sports and Aquatics Complex has an indoor lap pool.
