Free, no commitment. Whether you are listing in 30 days, casually thinking about a 2027 move, or have one specific question, the first call costs nothing and there is no contract to sign. I would rather earn your trust by being useful than lock you in.
Full-time, including weekends and evenings. Listings, showings, and closings rarely fit a 9 to 5 schedule, so do not hesitate to text outside business hours. I respond as soon as I can.
Yes. Video calls via Zoom, FaceTime, or Google Meet are part of my regular workflow. For relocators from California, the Midwest, or the Pacific Northwest, virtual consultations and live walk-through tours have helped clients close on West Valley homes before they ever fly out.
