Meet Michelle Seymour, Your West Valley Real Estate Expert

I’m Michelle Seymour, and I’ve been helping families, retirees, and relocators find their place in the West Valley since I made the move from California myself over 12 years ago. My husband Dave and I chose Verrado for the same reasons my clients do: the community feel, the mountain views, and the quality of life that’s hard to find anywhere else.

Before real estate, I spent nearly 30 years working as a paralegal. That career gave me something most agents don’t have: a trained eye for contracts, negotiations, and protecting my clients’ interests. Every offer I write, every counteroffer I review, and every closing I coordinate benefits from that legal foundation.

I’m a solo agent by choice. When you work with me, you work with me. No hand-offs to assistants, no team members you’ve never met. I answer my own phone, I show up to every showing, and I’m the one negotiating your deal.

Outside of real estate, I’m a wife, mom of three, and animal lover. One of our sons serves in the Navy, another is on a golf scholarship in Oklahoma. Dave and I also own property at Talking Rock Ranch in Prescott, so I know the northern Arizona market too.
